Dr Hayes is very good explaining about things good or bad concerning my health he takes his time and when he does not come in the rm on time he always apologize,to me he is a very doctor

Dr. Hayes was kind, professional and thorough. I especially appreciate his willingness to take time to listen & discuss/explain issues that concern me.

I'm not allowed to bring up questions or worries. The doctor doesn't have time for me to raise my worries about anything not related to my check-up. I usually don't have any questions about my check-up. The doctor just reviews information from other providers and reviews my prescriptions. Any worries I might have take up too much time.

Doctor Hayes was great and I now have my colonostopy scheduled, that is a big deal and he is working with Doctor Cerbus on keeping everyone on the same page as far as blood work and scheduling appointments, this great service

For once there's a doctor that recognizes stay in shape and eating healthy is the first step to take. Most doctors just push medicines

I have appreciated Dr. Hayes discussions, option, what tests mean, etc. He provides information to keep me informed regarding my health and potential risks and provides the appropriate treatment approaches to meet my needs. His approach is holistic and takes in the concerns, needs of the individual not as a generic age/gender profile.

Dr Hayes is very thorough. He does not rush through your appt and zoom off to the next client he takes a deep look at your records and considers all of the variables. He's a very kind and caring individual.

I have recommended Dr. Hayes to my husband, sister, and several friends. All but one are now his patients. The one who is not will go to him when she finally decides to see any doctor.

I was seen for an annual physical, but had a few issues to discuss. The doctor was wrapping up my visit and I had to let him know I had a couple of concerns. I only told him of one concern and we are looking into it. He seemed confused by this but did address it for me. Maybe if you are scheduled for a physical they don't ask if you have concerns? It felt awkward.

I was grateful to get home and tell my wife of all the great news DR Haye's gave me.

I already have recommended Dr. Hayes. Those who decided on him thinks he is wonderful!

Dr. Hayes was very attentive and listened to my recount and overall description of my initial skin irritation. It had cleared up and was under control at the time of my follow up appointment, but I was still experiencing a pronounced (to me) 'prickly' sensation in my neck ansd shoulder areas. He Issued a blood test for any Internal abmormalities. I had the test that morning. The results appeared on my patient portal. Additionally, I recived a call from Dr. Hayes who further explained the results of the blood work and gave me personal assurances of things being normal. I truly appreciated this personal call from Dr Hayes. Thank you, Dr. Hayes, it made me feel well cared for.

It was my first meeting with Dr Hayes. He was great to work with. He took the time to understand me and my health history. He also made plans my future care. After being with one doctor for almost 40 years I was unsure how this would go. I am pleased with my decision to come here.

Dr. Hayes is a compassionate, outgoing person who takes a lot of time listening to you, asking pertinent questions and explaining his answers in layman's terms. He is very good at making the patient feel at ease.

Thorough and in language I could understand

Dr discussed possible reduction in medicine an approach I agree with as an option to reduce blood pressure with exercise. I believe many physicians are hesitant to eliminate a medication once it is prescribed but Dr Hayes left that option on the table and set that as a goal for the future.

Dr. Hayes is always great at taking the time to discuss things. Whether that be asking me how I'm feeling, to any concerns I may have and to treatment options. He makes me feel like I matter and that I'm not just a number going through a revolving door to get people in and out quick. He's very thorough and I would highly recommend him.
